They surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to eggs. The executive lounge was a great perk, offering free cocktails and a relaxing space. However, I noticed the gym equipment had occasional shortages during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, some of the reception staff could use better training on check-in processes, as I waited longer than expected just to confirm my stay detail.

We stayed for 14 nights, and the breakfast buffet was just out of this world, choices galore from all kinds of eggs to delicious fruits like dragon fruit and watermelon chiku. The team at the executive lounge was always smiling and happy to help, really added warmth to our stay.
